We believe there are five important criteria that distinguish TR Realty from other brokerages.

First, we offer the best financial arrangement of any real estate company in the Las Vegas area. Once you have completed the complimentary training classes, TR Realty retains only $299 on a residential side, or $499 on a commercial side, and 100% of the rest of the commission is paid to you. If you have not completed the classes, you can still enjoy a very generous 90-10 commission split from day one. Rentals and referrals are paid at 100% commission minus a very small transaction fee. And we are able to offer all of this with no sign-up, monthly, franchise, desk, training, or junk fees of any kind.

Second, our training program is designed for new licensees as well as seasoned veterans, and it is like no other.  There are eight half-day sessions, of the most topical, relevant material imaginable. Classes start punctually and continue at a fast pace, with minimal breaks. Topics include: ethics, branding, advertising, social media, technology, negotiating skills, and getting started in these challenging times. Then, on to details of title and escrow, home inspections, mortgages, appraisals, and other related industries. Next, we get into working with traditional buyers, foreign buyers, FHA buyers, investors, and how to write offers that get accepted. We cover leases and lease options, as well as the concept of buyer’s brokerage. Then, we move on to listings, how to establish property values, and short sales in great detail, including short sale documentation, the Equator system, how to negotiate with lenders, and how to obtain full satisfaction.  Next, we cover offer writing, how to protect and maximize your commission, settlement statements and closing checklists. And throughout these classes, we teach you how to master the paperwork, so that you exude confidence in front of your customers and maintain control over your transactions.

Third, we have tremendous opportunities for leads. You don’t even have to come to the office to partake in our incredible lead system. House leads, should you choose to take them, are paid at a 75% commission split to you. And leads are available 7 days a week.

Fourth, we are very proud of the level of support here at TR Realty. We work 7 days a week to review offers and listing agreements, answer questions, or assist our Associates with any other real estate issue that might pop up. We can be reached by email, text message, phone and in person, and the Principal Broker, Bradford Roberts, goes nowhere without his smart phone. Brad is not a corporate broker; he is the owner of TR Realty, and that means that your success is his success. The philosophy here is synergistic, not adversarial. We treat our associates as our teammates. And, we are backed up by the best office staff anywhere.

Commissions are paid by direct deposit; faxes are electronic; closing checklists are online; document storage is paperless; and there are no required sales meetings.

We have affiliations with title and escrow companies, home inspectors, mortgage brokers, attorneys and accountants. We even offer conference rooms at no charge. TR Realty is HUD-approved.
