Originally from NYC I have been a Las Vegas resident since 1975 and have watched this city grow to the metropolis it has become today. Over the last 15 years I have owned and operated my own businesses finally settling into Real Estate which I love. All of my experience has included interaction with the public and customer service. Helping investors and buyers find the right property is a skill  I have mastered and working with owners to rent and handle their properties is something I enjoy doing. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2003 and licensed Property Manager since 2004. My team includes my wife Patrice, son Jimi (both licensed Real Estate professionals) and our daughter Paula who helps run our office and manages the day to day affairs of our business. Our experience includes Real Estate sales in excess of 14 million dollars and managing over 500 properties including apartments, multi-unit buildings, single family homes, condos and town homes. Maintenance – We have a select list of vendors to handle any and all repair and maintenance issues at your property at competitive pricing (we DO NOT add a fee to this service). We also have EMERGENCY service for our owners

Property Inspection – We document the condition of your property with over 100 photos and a written repost of condition when we take over management, rent the property and move out. We also conduct a 6 month review of your property with more photos and a written condition report.

Rent Collection and Evictions – we handle all rent collection, 5 day notices, calls to late payment tenant and the eviction process when necessary

Management Access – We return all calls and emails to owners and tenants within 24 hours
